Welcome Home: a drop-in art activity at the Bainbridge Island Senior Center
Past Event

Join BIMA for a free drop-in art activity in the “Dining Room” at the Bainbridge Island Senior Center and contribute to a collaborative artists book that explores our unique paths to community, connection, and home.

Participants will collage using transparency and grayscale while learning how Risograph printing will transform their artworks into the multicolored pages of a collaborative publication printed by the artists at Seattle’s Paper Press Punch. This artist’s book will be distributed as part of BIMA’s June 2022 LGBTQ Pride exhibition, and all are welcome to participate.

Not able to make it to this event? For another chance to contribute to this community art experience, visit BIMA for First Friday in April for an Art in Action drop-in activity or attend our free Creativity Workshop on April 6th.

The Senior Center requires all visitors wear a mask and show proof of vaccination and booster in order to participate.
